North Korea becomes nuclear power

Tempting to say it's probably just saber-rattling. And perhaps it is. But given the level of megalomania of their "beloved leader", who knows?

They've certainly been successful in developing delivery systems. I believe their current generation is capable of reaching at least the Aleutians if not further.
