Your making up makes u resemble your sister
i want to use resemble to express my construction

The noun is "make up". You could say "your make up makes you resemble your sister".

Do you mean 'make up' as in cosmetics or character? Perhaps Arafat means the noun 'making up' as in reconciliation.

Hmmm ... the word "resemble" made me think of cosmetics. On second thought, of course it could mean reconciliation (if one had a conciliatory sister).
