Nice tat Frank. Why did you pick an Eagle?

I want one, always have but have never found exactly what I want. I want something celtic and canadian, a hybred like me.
I also designed a logo that siginfies my real name, but I can't figure out how to load it here.

Have you got a scanner or a digital camera, ceili? Is the design on another site somewhere?

I always love to learn about people's tat ideas.

ehBeth, it's on my computer but I can't load it unless it comes from a url, I don't have any web space access. Do you know of another way?
Thanks,
Ceili

i can see how Grazzhopper's shading work relates to the artist whose design your tat is based on.

Thanks so much to ehBeth and Littlek for telling me about and authorizing me on the Littlek site. Great site by the way, nice to see pictures of everyone.

So here it goes, one of the tats I want is my interpretation of my real name, try and guess what it means.

hmmmm, looks like some kind of raptor, with wide-spread wings, in flight, to me - perhaps about to dive bomb some small prey

ceili - this .... click is for you. I've been listening to a lot of his work lately. This made me think about your question about central canajun A2K'rs.

Very Coy, eh!
Like the new avitar, but will miss the familiar...

The link is for a free watch. I'm not sure what you mean.
Thanks,

It's a stylized J for my first name and a Hawk for part of my surname.

I am quite angry with the participants of this thread. All of this tattoo talk had inspired me to head into a town and get myself a tattoo. I never have been very good at self control and I believe I may have gone overboard. Why did you people have to bring this stuff up? Now what the hell am I going to do....

This reminds me though of my friend Mali who had a very large handprint tatooed on her shoulderblade area, with an evil demonish thing looking out. Like, the handprint was black except for the demon. Hard to describe.

It was EXPENSIVE, and took forever, and after only a year or so she decided she really didn't like it. Sad I'm not sure what if anything she did about it.

So you got the Trilogy, Ceili? It's one of my Gordon Lightfoot favourites.

I'm usually not a fan of 'tribute' albums, but I'm looking forward to the Lightfoot one, which is to be released in October. Ron Sexsmith, Colin Linden, Connie Kaldor ... it's got to be good.

I'd forget about Lightfoot -- try Leo Kottke instead. Much better.
