My company likes to hire H1B's from India and hang them over our head, in our own office, as "offshoring" threats to our jobs.
One who sits near me takes a bath in the bathroom sink and sprays himself with bathroom air freshener just about every morning.
WTF.
I think you made that up. You sound like a very dumb, very stupid, very bigoted mess of a person. If the company was truly as bad as that, you are the dummy for working there. But I don't believe you. Go back under your racist stone.

Unlike the H1B visa holders, you have the opportunity to vote with your feet and find another job.
If you are right there to witness this guy covering himself with air freshener, have you considered the fact that he's merely trying to obtain relief from your strong smell of deer urine?
