The Arboretum, not Schwarzenegger!
Anyone want to go see the man-eating plants in Boston? We (most of the Bahstin area crowd,
AKA littlek, Merry Andrew, username, George, rosborne, RP and me) talked about this at the most recent Beantown gathering (a coupla days ago) and late Summer, early Autumn seemed to be the consensus.
Frisbee, Scrabble and our own dishes (potluck or bring your own, or just eat shoots and leaves from the surrounding grounds, nothing's been decided yet) and best wishes are all on the agenda. Or that could change. We're nothing if not flexible.
Here's some more
info about the Arboretum, plus here are the
directions. The Arboretum is accessible via trolley, bus and car.
So -- who wants to come? I expect we might end up going to a restaurant or a place which serves adult beverages afterwards, for anyone who doesn't actually want to do the nature thing. Jamaica Plain, which is where the Arboretum is located, has any number of funky cafés so I'm sure we'll have lots of choices.

I promise we won't let the plants eat you.
C'mon, let's have some fun!
