A vietnamese friend who turned out to be of chinese heritage owned a place called Sing Sing. Some of the best food I've ever eaten, so good.
I just finished making a cream cheese sour cream lots of garlic lots of fresh cilantro some chopped jalapeno, some med. heat chile powder and squeezed whole lime dip. Oh, and some S &P.

Heat is very dry with a very low humidity level, however should the tropical weather come down from the north of Australia the humidity levels can be quite high.
