Kitchen soup: tomato, marinated mushrooms, onions, leftover fava been soup (Progresso), previously cooked spaghettini, leftover cooked bratwurst, kale, garlic, leftover scrambled egg w curry powder in it. I'm probably forgetting something - black pepper.

I ate a sardine fishcake with mayo/pickle relish, followed by slight peach juice with mineral water/ice.
really good whole wheat toast from bread I picked up at My Market Bakery topped with salmon cream cheese from Mendel's Cheese Shop in Kensington Market.

I'm doing my lion impression again with a whole roasted chicken.

Ricotta egg tart. This one with chopped spinach and collards, rsted onions, jalapeno, jarred red pepper, garlic, curry powder, black pepper.
The deal is, when I make these now I make two pieplates' full, cut into wedges, and freeze in foil, so I'd better like the result. Sometimes I do, sometimes not so much. This set of them was good.
Pastrami and coleslaw sandwich with blueberry tea to slog it down.
