Soup, testing for readiness - leftover meatballs + mushroom tomato sauce and already cooked spaghetti, with chicken broth, a little more tomato, some presauteed spicy eggplant, and a bit of chopped pickled jalapeno, topped off with some torn up calabrian bread (that's got a lot of stuff in it). The bread cuts some of the heat down, just right now.
