Weve been grilling bananas as desserts and we love em. Im sure that thereare many other fruits and veggies that go well grilled.
Any examples or tips will be greatly appreciated.

We love this book:

Grill It Vegetarian

Great side dishes if you eat meat or main course ideas if you don't.

You can grill anything you can eat.

I like grilled peaches in summer. I always throw some on with the chicken or chops. Good stuff.

yep, me too. We had grilled peaches with a small dollop of marscapone cheese served as a first course at a B&B in Michigan -- delicious!

asparagus is delicious grilled. Toss it in a tiny amount of olive oil, salt, and crushed red pepper before grilling. I also love patty-pan squash grilled (trim the tops before grilling).

Last summer was a banner year for Michigan fruit - and fruit flies.

I can't recommend any fruit grilled at all - but then again I generally hate any sort of fruit cooked - they are really only good when eated fresh.

Veggies on the other hand are yummy grilled - toss with olive oil and italian seasoning for a simple but yummy taste - grill with one of those grilling trays made for seafood/veggies.

YUM!!! Grilled pineapple rings with cinnamon ice cream (or vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon).
