Seems like the will of the American people doesn't mean jacksh!t anymore.
The Dems have now become enablers to Bush's backward policies with this spineless maneuver. The question will be WTF they're going to do now, even if they are saying that they'll continue to pressure Bush on his BS corporate war.

The Democrats only want to LOOK like they oppose the war for the coming 2008 elections. They don't care about the mandate with which they were sent to Congress; they serve
other masters.
