I was just wondering. I seriously want to work for them, but I don't know if they're ever hiring, if so, through whom and if they're ever holding career fairs.
No, I don't care to be directed to their site, it is utterly pointless.
it can't hurt to send them your resumé...
Definitely send a resume. Doesn't matter if they're actively looking or not.
Or call HR and ask them those questions. You could also ask for an informational interview if they are not hiring to get more insight into their company.
Done, done, done, done, done, done, and done.
Their site has no place to send a resume from. Yes, they're actually that weird. They have "careers" slot, yet no apply button. And I've tried to contact their human resources, no one ever picks up the telephone. Trust me, everything you've told me to do I've already done.
Then Google the number, get the address and snail mail the resume to them.
Or decide on another possible employer if the place is too inept to figure out how to garner resumes.

I agree - I don't know if I would want to work for such a company - seems like they don't have their act together.
I was able to easily find their job search on their website....
here is the direct link
https://www.gmacrfc.com/careers/index.asp
All you have to do is look around a bit - it wasn't difficult. And with the link jespah gave you there was also a recruiting firm that had lists of jobs with the company.
If you see that the link brings you to GMAC - it is because GMAC owns them - but it is via Homecomings that you get here.
