once a week, for the past seven years or so, i routinely get a chicken parm (pronounce it "pomm" for authenticity)
plate with rice and salad.
i look forward to it because its so damn delicious.
what food routines do you have?
Crisps and chocolate in the evening, I have cut down alot tho.
My brekky is always nice, and I actually look forward to it.
I hardly do takeaways anymore and havnt done a burger place for about 7 years, but when/if I do, I surely do love it!!!
Tea.
It's all about tea for me.
Hot tea. Served in my beautiful beer stein.

There is a place near where I work that does an amazing salad topped with grilled chicken.
It is my master, and I heed it's call religiously.
Every Fall, I look forward to that first pomegranate.
I only get maybe 3 a year, but it's my Autumn/Winter routine.
Monday to Thursday I snack because I work nights.Always washed down with tea.At work it's tea-bags,at home it's Earl Grey.
Friday I order Curry (home delivery).
Saturday,a Donner Kebab usually rears it's head, but sometimes it's Fish and Chips.
Sunday ALWAYS involves a full roast dinner (meat,2 veg, roast spuds,Yorkshire pudding and gravy)
I eat steel cut quick oats for breakfast almost every day. Ive learned to like em and I usually only change breakfast over the weekend when I really do a major oink.
Dinner tomorrow at Barrythemods. I'm starting a new routine.
my friday mornings are reserved for a bacon-egg-and-cheese-on-a-plain-bagel.
always have been, always will be...
morning's always start off with a large bowl of yoghurt , fruits , cereal , toasted linseed - and lately : roasted pumpkin seeds - delish !
after that "introduction" i'm ready for breakfast !

One of the most important food routines in my life goes back about 35 years, to when my friend MA and I used to go to the Ex with the hamburgers.
The first food of that day HAS to be an ice cream waffle.
Her kids demand that we stay true to tradition, and know which ice cream waffle stand is THE one.
I was near addicted to a simple pasta dish back in north north, at a local restaurant, Gabrie's. It was fettucine with a simple sauce of olive oil, white wine, shallots, and halved cherry tomatoes... one of those dishes where all ingredients matter, from the tooth and taste of the pasta, the reduction of which wine, the oomph of the shallots, the richness of the little tomatoes, lightly cooked.
They changed the recipe to add fresh salmon to it, often a good move but not this time. Best simple...
im addicted to philly cheese steaks, ive been ordering the same thing from the same shop for like 10 years at least once a week on sunday.
Its a drug, i swear!
RP's Sunday Brunch has become a weekly ritual...
