I had to give this thread a headline, since I wanted to post the following photos, hadn't I?

The castle is called Nordkirchen (close to Münster, in the district of Coesfeld, state of North Rhine-Westphalia). It's been built around 1700 for the ruler of the country, which was the bishop of Münster. Due to its garden it is known as "Westphalian Versailles".

Since 1949 the 'University of Finances' of our state = civil servants for the tax offices get here their BAs.

He never would, I think. (Besides, he's a foreigner.)

There had been a wedding at the castel, too (there's a registry office and the chapel is used frequently also).

Well, THIS place is glorious - for men only (the female 'conterpart' is said to look very similar I was told).

Lovely place. I especially liked the photo with the relatively small building with the sculpture of what looks to be a wild boar in front, the photo framed by trees....

Wondering if we 'know' this foreigner...
