The castle is called
Nordkirchen (close to Münster, in the district of Coesfeld, state of North Rhine-Westphalia). It's been built around 1700 for the ruler of the country, which was the bishop of Münster. Due to its garden it is known as "Westphalian Versailles".
Since 1949 the 'University of Finances' of our state = civil servants for the tax offices get here their BAs.
