The shrub is in your face thru the TV and his actual quotes and mannerism are there to see so it is possible to provide a 'pro forma' statement of sorts like they do for business forcasts. It is not like the shrub is unknown as his life history is available and his performances are public knowledge. His decision to send people to die in Iraq is there and his lying about doing it is there too so he is fair game for analysis as much as the National Guards are to his whims.
