I hit ctrl-alt and then (I think) one of the horizontal arrow keys. To get back, I hit ctrl-alt-up arrow key.

This is a Windows 7 laptop; dunno if it works with any other type of computer. But it was freaky, and even stayed that way (I won't give away what happens) after I had rebooted.

@jespah,
Would someone else try this, and let me know what happens?

@Ticomaya,
I tried it on my desktop PC when I first read it this morning and nothing happened. Must require either Windows 7 and/or a laptop.

@Butrflynet,
Using my PC desktop using Windows 7 OS, pressing Ctrl, Alt & Side Arrow displays anything onm the screen horizontally (after a momentary black-out). To restore the display, I press Ctrl, Alt & Up Arrow.

@Ragman,
Yep, it rotated everything 90 degrees. It was weird.

I don't know if this has been noted before but I just noticed it, in an awareness sense. I realized that I had inadvertently done it before, not realizing how it was happening.

You know how you can grab a whole page by clicking on and depressing the left mouse button on the blue bar [top] between the page tabs and the minimize, restore down button and close [X] boxes.

Well double clicking on that same blue bar replicates the function of the restore down button. Another double click of the blue bar maximizes the window.

An Excel trick - if you want to know the # of words in cel A1, type this formula into any cel other than A1.

Code:=IF(LEN(TRIM(A1))=0,0,LEN(TRIM(A1))-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1," ",""))+1)

A Google trick ... type this into Google's search box:

5 + (sqrt(1-x^2(y-abs(x))^2))cos(30((1-x^2-(y-abs(x))^2))), x is from -1 to 1, y is from -1 to 1.5, z is from 1 to 6

@Region Philbis,
It creates a 3D cube shaped chart of the parameters and rotates.

Oh, and I guess the reason think this one is particularly cool is because the graph turns into a heart when it rotates. Here's a screenshot:
