Congratulations Dubya! Evil or Very Mad

Yes, obviously it's President Bush's fault that the sort of people we're fighting like to use children as suicide bombers.

That's like saying that if a policeman stops a bank robbery in progress and the bank robber takes a child to use as a shield, it's the policeman's fault.

Obviously, if we never fought our enemies, they wouldn't fight back. Big surprise. We aren't forcing them to be immoral thugs. That's their choice.

No but it is the presidents fault that we are involved . I might add that even a half wit should have known based on their passed history that they would use human sheilds and had little regard for life and humanity.

From claiming that the U.S. President is responsible for terrorists who use poison gas in crowded squares, and using children to mask their attacks before killing them is an interesting point of view. Not surprising, given the hatred and prejudices of some American Democrats, leftists, anarchists, and pacifists. What is surprising is that they haven't yet started claiming that those terrorist acts (poisoned gas, and deliberately murdering their own children) is all a lie. We've come to expect denial of anything negative done by the Radical Islamic Movement (RIM), and claims that the conservatives manufacture these stories in pursuit of individual greed and a desire to oppress the planet for the few short decades left before our extinction from global warming. Anytime now we can expect the conspiracy-mongers of the left to begin claiming that the Chlorine gas attack and the murder of these children as a tactic to explode bombs to kill Iraqis and U.S. troops was conceived and carried out by the CIA acting on direct orders from Vice-President Cheny.

You have to give a hat's off to the creative mind that suggests that the U.S. is evil in fighting to protect itself in the war declared upon us by the RIM, while those same terrorists shouldn't be criticized because oppression of women, the use of poisoned gas and the deliberate murder of children is "just their cultural difference which should be accepted and overlooked by enlightened modern liberals living in luxury high-rise apartments in Manhattan.

The gas claim has been proven to be false. Iranians did the gassing.

Here is what I find so funny about a situation like this and the responses. We have people in this country who don't like people for certain reasons and the libs think that it is the job of the govt and our schools to change these people from their backward thinking. When something happens in a place like Iraq they could careless about who does it, they just lay it all down to their culture and how we shouldn't try and change them but instead let them be.

Why is it ok to use the govt to force change here but other places they demand a hands off approch because of culture?

Because it isn't our place to meddle in other cultures! People resent it the same way we would resent China meddling in our culture. It has the opposite effect of the one you wish.

If there is going to be change in the culture of the ME then it has to start some where and it should start by no loner just accepting the culture card when it comes to certain things. If we just leave them be then there will be no change. That is a poor excuse for allowing murder to take place.

Sadly, I see this as a failure of security. Why let a car go just because it has kids in it? Terrorists, by definition, are indiscriminate killers.

And you'd be right. But are you so happy your little ruse worked that you run away to celebrate and leave the kids behind?

You mean like the inability to stay on topic and spamming threads with page boundary manipulating garbage?

Would you like to apologize and continue talking about terrorism or just go home?

Interesting article.
Here's a quote from it:
Quote:
Saddam's cousin, Ali Hassan al-Majeed, known as "Chemical Ali", and five other former senior Baath party officials are on trial for their roles in a 1988 military campaign which prosecutors say killed up to 180,000 people, many of them gassed.

Looking tired and pausing several times to drink water, Aziz - once the public face of Saddam's regime - blamed Iran for a gas attack in the Iraqi Kurdish village of Halabja in 1988, in which 5,000 people were killed.
