George W. Bush doesn't seem to be much of an organization man. He seems more like the Paris Hilton of politics. He goes to the parties, he shows up, he has a good time, but doesn't take anything too seriously.
Bush, the Dry Drunk, still maintaining his Cheerleader Play Boy years.
george was never a playboy. the playboys allowed him to hang out with them because he was a rich idiot who paid for the cocaine and made the beer runs.
