Will You Be There?

It's expected there'll be 800,000 attendees at Boston's 4th of July celebration, today on the Esplanade, down by the Charles River.

Will you be there? Not me! Too hot and too, too many folks will be there!

Screw that...I hung out at Marina bay, from about 1pm to 1am. Besides car getting sh!t stolen off of it...it was good times.

Yes. I'm starting to realize it's not worth having a nice car.

Not a big deal...just about $100 worth of light-lenses. At least they didn't damage anything.

Stayed home (in Seattle) after picking up a friend for a drive to the airport at 5:30 a.m. Thought I'd turn in early as a result. Bad idea. All hell broke loose in my 'hood at about 10:30 that night--clearly my neighbor had made a trip to the res where you can get all sorts of heavy artillery. Technically illegal to take away from there. As if. The earth shook...

That is exactly what happened here D'art. In Texas it is legal to have fire works at home. I cannot figure out why but they do and it is so dangerous.

Well, it could've been worse. I just ran into an ER doc who said that last night he treated a guy whose butt had been blown off by a cannon ball. No lie!
