Today is my last day in my current job

It seems like only yesterday, when I was celebrating with you all when I got my current job.

After a relatively short period of time (are two years really short???), I am moving to greener (and not only in terms of currency!!!) pastures and today is my last day in office.

Yesterday, I was cleaning my pedestal and cupboards, and reliving all the achievements, deliveries, meetings, presentations which I have been involved in here - it was a proud, emotional and yet humbling experience.

I am gonna miss this place, specially my team. They are a great bunch of people, we got along extremely well, and I am so proud of them and what they have achieved - irrespective of my leadership.

I am taking three weeks off to switch off, clear my mind and then start with vigour in my new position.

Wish me luck, and strength to keep my eyes dry when I finally walk out of the building today evening escorted by my senior staff.
