Compare what Berger did to what Scooter Libby allegedly did & who's the worst villian? Why aren't more dems condemming Berger?

Edison Misla Aldarondo, Republican legislator, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for molestation of his daughter and her friend for eight-year period starting when they were 9.

I honestly don't understand DOJ on this one.

Parker J. Bena, Republican activist and Bush Elector, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography (including children as young as 3 years old) on his home computer and was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and fined $18,000.

I would think 30 months in prison and an $18,000 fine for child pornography of a 3 yr old would be serious enough to warrent a longer prison sentence.

The point is, however, that this tit for tat of who (republicans or democrats) are the worst offenders is really quite inane unless the point is just to find something to carp about (or just to piss off a liberal) It is, however, extremely juvenile and usually more like we would expcet to see from McGentrix.

Child molesters, IMO, should be castrated, a frontal lobotomy wouldn't hurt either since pedophiles problem starts in their head & works it's way down, & I don't care what political stripes they are.
As for the tit for tat, yeah, there's plenty of rot on both sides. However, that was not the intent of this thread. The topic is Sandy Berger & why he got by with what he did. How do we know what he did with those documents? They supposedly put our national security at risk, so who has those documents now? What foreign power could be reading them now? Why is he still a free man?

Sandy Berger for doing the dirty deed to start with & then DOJ for not prosecuting him.
