Why is it that the cars that are antisocially parked, illegally, right across the cyclepath, so you have to brake and squirm around them, are always the most expensive, fancy models?

Does it prove that in capitalism, it's always the bastards who get to the top?

Well nimh, since you asked:

Such cars have sophisticated engine control unit algorithms that not only modulate engine management systems, but enable ethical parking subroutines based solely on the cowboy capitalist ideologies of John Wayne a.k.a. The Duke.

Question:

Why are we all such suckers for these type of threads?

I mean, guys every time there is a stupid thread like this one or 'f*** you america' we all swarm around it like bees, and the proper threads get ignored.

We need start a policy of not giving them what they want.

I think it is evident from the attention these threads about nothing get, that there is a lot of folks with much to say about nothing.

Or, to put it in another way, that there is a lot of people with nothing to say...

But I'm giving me what I want.

I'm here to relax and shoot the breeze.

Did you know I've rowed 74 kilometers on my rowing erg since around Christmas? I'm so proud of myself.

Now I'm ready to veg out and ask/answer ridiculous questions.

Ever hear of releasing stress?

I'm going to release stress like releasing a white dove off a balcony in Milan.

aaaaa......

Took me about two years. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

But I must confess, there is a certain attraction to just rambling.

A friend of mine has a sign on the wall in his house that says: "Please make sure that the brain is connected before the mouth is opened."

Maybe this could be included in the guidelines of A2K. But then it'd be a quiet forum... Very Happy

I like pointless threads. Then I don't have to worry about whether my post will stick out as the only stupid thing anybody said on the thread. On most threads I feel like I'll drag the quality of the discourse down if I open my mouth, but on this kind of thread, no such worries!

Anyway, I'm going to think really hard about what to ask, since we are SUPPOSED to get only one question, although I notice many greedygutses have taken way more than that.

<nervously scans room, hoping not to be alone with strange strange man>

Who, me? Because, um, as a cat, I guess I'd like the, um, chicken livers and sleeping part, but I'm not so sure about the flames part...fur doesn't take paint too well.

......don't ask how I know that.....
