vonny, I know about aye-ayes from crossword puzzles. However, they're usually spelled ai ai in the puzzles.

edgar, I like that fish. It's doing the best it can. I hope the other fish don't bully and tease it.

Fossa. Not in the cat family, the canine family, the weasel family. It's unique. The fossa family.

Two western lowland gorillas almost came to blows over a jacket potato at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park in Devon, UK. Silverback Pertinax - 33 years old and weighing-in at 172 kilos - and Kiondo, who is 13 and 186.5 kilos - beat their chests and bared their teeth as they displayed at each other during the squabble.

I caught that one relatively quickly. Neat, though.

@edgarblythe,
It was hard enough for me. The shape threw me off. Finally found it.

Balancing on one paw and stretching her leg high above her head, a flexible little chipmunk practices her yoga moves.

Anatolian shepherd. These are very large dogs (I mean big; males can be about 150 pounds). Although they're called shepherds, their primary job is to guard herds rather than herd herds. They are now popular in Africa and keep herds safe from large cats. I think they have great faces.
