Rhodesian ridgeback. Bred to hunt lions! They're big, strong, and fast (about 35mph; lions run at about 50 mph). I love dat ridge:

Things are ok, day to day, month at a time. A fair amount of that is financial, but the odd disability makes itself known. Well, you know all about it.

When Rocky hears the thunder, as he did last night, he barks ferociously and runs out in the yard to confront it. No other dog of mine ever did that.
