@Roberta,
Very confused why #2 isn't called a 'Yellow-Legged Honeycreeper'. We need an ISO committee on bird names. Wink

@tsarstepan,
dj, I can see that you have your doubts about that bunny. I share them. No such doubts about the otter.

HH, Now I'm doing research! I had college professors who couldn't get me to do research. Sigh. There's more than one blue honeycreeper. One of them is distinguished by its red legs. There's only one purple honeycreeper, so it makes sense to name it for its overall color instead of just the color of its legs. These are gorgeous boids.

MJ, If I'd only known, I'd have been knitting my fingers to the bone. Glad the penguins were taken care of and the knitters of the world united.

tsar, What a beautiful baby! Thanks mucho, kid.

I couldn't find a story about Lily on the link with the picture of the two dogs--maybe I did it wrong. But here's more info on the two of them, and more pix. thanks, tsar.

@MontereyJack,
Barry, I continue to love the military dogs. Thinking maybe I shoulda joined the army.

tsar, I'm under arrest? Do I get full free medical coverage in jail? Just wondering. Touched by Lily and Maddison. I'm hoping they found a large country home with loving humans.

MJ, Thanks for the additional info. I'll be wondering if they find a good home. I'm guessing they will.
