@djjd62,
Can't believe she did that with just one small piece of paper. Good job!

A least bittern feeds in water as hundreds of fish jump into the air around it. Photographer Gary Seloff captured the shot from a kayak in the Galveston Bay estuary system in Houston, Texas.

@Irishk,
Arella Mae, Plotzing from the koalas. Plotzing is not quite as hard as a thud. Wonderful primate mamas and babies--great faces. Muchas gracias.

dj, Two Bs for the price of one. Great. I watched the oO being folded. Amazing. Love it. Thanks.

Irish, The bittern/fish pic takes my breath away. Not a big deal. I don't have much breath to begin with. Glorious photo. Thanks kid.

This bear must think it's a monkey.

@Roberta,
Robbie, gotta say once again, this thread makes me plain old happy.
Well, as Bonnie would say, have you ever seen me happy? But, for a good while, happy.

Terrific bear photos.

Another bear species is the European black bear. I looked and looked. Couldn't find a definitive picture. Sorry. Sloth and spectacled will be finishing the bear display.

@Roberta,
Good evening/morning Roberta! Smile

I wouldn't mind taking care of that black lab but I'll leave the mamba and the jaguar to their own devices.

I'm still impressed with Roberta's picture of the baby gorilla taking his considerable ease. (I don't know if he's a little guy, in fact, but he looks like one to me). What impresses me is that he can not only fold his hands (presumably) like humans, but can fold his feet as well (couldn't figure out what you actually call it when you interlace your thumbs like that-- if it's folding, then he's doing it with his big toes and feet too).

@tsarstepan,
tsar, That lab has a wonderful face. Love it. Love the jaguar's face too. Expression. You're not gonna get much expression from a reptile, but this particular reptile is my favorite snake.

MJ, Love that little fella relaxing. Just did some experimenting. I can fold my toes/feet, too. Just widen the space between the big toe and the others and slip the other foot in. Hey, a primate is a primate.

@Arella Mae,
I used the polar bears for mine. I didn't ask permission, though lol.

Meanwhile, in Colorado...

In a scene worthy of a kung fu movie, two young prairie dogs have a dramatic face-off. The scrap was spotted by wildlife photographer Kurt Bowman near the South Platte River in Littleton, Colorado. He says: "What caught my attention to it were the young pups playing outside the hole. I decided to point my camera towards them and at almost the very moment I did, two of them really started in on one another.
