Two-timer!!!
http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01915/birds-caught_1915593i.jpg
A naughty male bird appears to be caught playing away by an angry female. The love struck birds had migrated over 4,220 miles from Africa back to Southern Israel for summer - but their secret rendezvous was hijacked when an angry female discovered them. The moment was captured by amateur photographer Zander Jakob in April as he casually took pictures of Bee Eaters on a wildlife photography trip. He said: "They were trying to pair up with each other, but they didn't pick a very discreet place to do it. It was absolutely a once in a lifetime capture, if you wait for a frame like this you could stay there for the rest of your life and it probably wouldn't happen."

@ossobuco,
Oopsie. Link took me to an article, What to do with a bored cat?

Interesting article, though. "Does your cat have a soul?"

@djjd62,
I am seriously wanting an otter! The bunnies are adorable but those otters seem to have quite the personalities.

I don't think I have ever seen a Fennec Fox outisde of a picture so this video is really quite a treat for me. The little buggers have quite the sound!

Ohhh...Emmm...Geeee...
http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01916/fat-squirrel_1916397i.jpg
This fat California ground squirrel has ballooned to twice its size after tourists repeatedly fed it nuts in the park where she lives. Marina van der Linden photographed the chubby creature in the Morro Rock State Preserve, California. Marina, from Los Angeles, said: "I had been in the park taking photos but couldn't get any clear pictures because it was so foggy. I got out a bag of peanuts and suddenly I saw a family of squirrels. It was hilarious because they were all quite big, but there was one that was enormous. I concentrated on it since it was the fattest of them all but it kept hiding between the rocks. When it finally sat still out in the open for a brief period, I discovered that I was too close and I could not fit the entire squirrel in the camera's viewfinder. It was so big that I had to walk backwards in order to get the whole of her in frame."

Arella Mae, The foxes were thudworthy. The otter--get this kid a spot on America's Got Talent. Wow. Thanks.

Irish, Kinda ooky in a cute, rotund sorta way. I hope it can move fast enough for its own safety. Of course the chances of a bird of prey getting are limited to a pterodactyl--long extinct. Thanks.

@Roberta,
I wonder what caused that (I am guessung) silver fox to jump in the air like that? Do you suppose it was his own shadow that caused it?
Those are two beautiful photos!

Would love to see this guy in the same type of photo.

@Arella Mae,
Arella Mae, I'm glad you like these two pictures. I think they're wonderful.

I'm going to speculate about the fox. Wolves have been seen to make such leaps to get at a small critter that's under the snow. I'm guessing that the wolves' relative is doing the same thing. The high leap is to ensure that the surface of the ice is broken and that the hunter can get to sufficient depth under the snow to get what it's after.

That is such a gorgeous horse that I gasped when I saw it. WOW and thanks.

Edit: We cross-posted. Got a look at the bunnies. Thud with two bounces.

@Roberta,
Isn't that ingenious? Jumping high to break the ice. Amazing. Arabian horses are probably my pick (next to Fresians) as being the most beautiful. Their heads are shaped a lot differently than other breeds.

I am having a blast looking at this site. I had to show you this. You will have to scroll down to Baby Sloth Cries. It's so precious!

@Arella Mae,
Arella Mae, The baby sloth sounds like a baby doll. Who knew that my doll Betty sounded like a sloth?

You picked the two most gorgeous horse breeds, IMO. Arabian (above) and fresnian (below):
