@Irishk,
Took me a couple of years to drag out and use my digital camera.
I still don't know how to unload the, er, thingy onto this computer. (There's a whole book on how).
I lost my IPhoto when I had the computer crash of '09, but hadn't noticed that until lately. I assume I can get it back easily, but remember about it at the wrong time of day to call the Mac guys.

Whereas, I'm an old hardened carrier of having my one of my nikons in the car, in my purse, whatever. Well, the old mechanical ones are, sigh, broken, and the newer one is fine but requires.... f i l m, and all that means about getting a disc made.

@Roberta,
I like the feet, sort of like sheep high heels.. or perhaps boots.

@rosborne979,
It's some kind of pastel painting.

Holy moley, Rosborne. You're right. (When are you not--at least on this thread.) How embarrassing. I thought it was a photo. Sigh.

The great grey owl's face looks just like a knot in the wood of a big tree.

Hope you will accept this.They're not yet animals but they are getting there....

'Birthplace' In one of the small spring-fed lakes of an Hungarian mountain, the European Common Brown Frogs have already laid their eggs on the bottom by April. The tadpoles are waiting for the moment of their birth.

It matters to me, littlek. I thought I was presenting something real. A photograph. I don't know whether the picture shown ever happened or not. Not a big deal. But I am a fussy pain in the ass. You knew that.

Barry, I'm a night owl by choice. Sleeping when the sun is shining is far preferable to me. I work at home and can make my own hours. This is when I'm AWAKE.

Love the owl. The frog eggs make a great photo. I wonder if there was camera was around when all those eggs hatched.

I guess the giraffe mother and baby wanted some privacy.

Trying again with a different picture:

@msolga,
Cute and tiny amidst all those beautiful colors and textures. It's a really outstanding picture. And the little guy is a star.
