I think I'm being a little dense here. Which page and what are perf . buttons? Sorry.
Click on profile at the top of this screen (looks like this):
FAQ Search Memberlist Usergroups Profile You have no new messages Log out
Then go down to the section called Profile information.
Go to the last box called - signature. It's right above the preferance section with the buttons for hide online status, request updates etc. Enter your info in the signature box then hit submit at the bottom of the page.
