Dooh Nibor
A play on the name Robin Hood spelled in reverse to describe stealing from the poor to give to the rich. Can be used sarcastically to describe George W. Bush's economic policies of cutting benefits to the lower and middle classes while providing tax cuts that favor the wealthy.

I have been crying "Dooh Nibor" for many years now. The Democrats also pursue it, but to a lesser extent, and minus the tax cuts to the wealthy.
