Wouldn't you say you wash yourself of urine?

The word protect implies you have some sort of shield or barrier between your body and the urine. It also implies urine is something you need to be protected from, like it's a danger.

So, every time you urinate, you wash yourself with water? I doubt that.

No protect yourself from urine would imply you 'protect' yourself from urine and not 'shield yourself from urine'

Doubt it all you want. I always use water. Always.

So i take it you dont.
Not surprising i must say. Although you are probably not the only one.

No, to protect yourself IS to shield. Washing yourself after is to clean it off. So you splash a little water on yourself after you take a piss? Good for you, hero.

So do you use toilet paper, or do you wipe your ass with one hand, and only shake with the other? Because that little tradition is the mecca of cleanliness.

Is there a point you are trying to make?

Apparently, both religious "clubs" have "issues" relative to how women should be percieved and treated.

from your postings, neither of the "religious clubs" have it correct, in my opinion.

So again, what conclusion or point are you trying to make?

I would have thought it obvious the point I was making.

protect
verb protected, protecting

1. To shield someone or something from danger; to guard them or it against injury, destruction, etc; to keep safe.

Thesaurus: shield, shelter, defend, guard, safeguard, secure, watch over, cover, preserve, look after, stand guard over, care for, chaperon, escort, screen; Antonym: attack, threaten.
2. To cover against loss, etc by insurance.
3. To shield (home industries) from foreign competition by taxing imports.

Etymology: 16c: from Latin protegere, protectum to cover in front.

As you can see, the word protect does not have anything to do with cleansing.

So, you cleanse your penis with water every time you urinate?
When you're at a urninal, do you walk over to the sink with your penis exposed and wash it off?
Or, do you carry a container of water around with you to splash on yourself afterwards?

Yes, as a matter of fact I DO cleanse myself after urinating, but not with water. When I pull my cloths back up there's no urine on me. When I move my bowels, I always cleanse myself with witch hazel, no matter where I am. I carry witch hazel pads with me.

I'll bet my butt is cleaner than yours.

Well I wouldn't allow sh!t to get on my hand in the first place.

And using "LOL" makes you look like a raging homosexual, something Allah would not be pleased with.

I'd use more than water dear, I use soap whether I get urine on my hands or not after going to the bathroom.

I'm big on infection control.

Do you turn the doorknob or push on the door with your hand when you're leaving a public restroom?

Ahh - Good question!!!
I use a tissue to open it!!!
Then i throw this away once i've left.

Also whilst we are on the subject - Ive heard them hand dryers actually spread many germs because dirty water is flicked inside them sometimes which is blown onto your c lean wet hands. Also the air is a good temperature to breed germs.
Duno if thats a myth but i dont take risks even so!!

But the point is. If you use water/soap etc on other parts of your body, then why not use tush??

Anyways enough for today.
Will be back tommorrow (God willing)

Peace

He uses tissues to open the door too!

I'll bet if Abid was a woman, he wouldn't put his handbag up on tables or counters either. I mean, look at all the places people put them.

And why do you keep asking if we'd use toilet paper to wipe sh!t off our hands? Toilet paper is used to wipe your ass. After that, then you wash your hands....even though I still never get **** on my hands.

Friend of mine was in Pakistan & Afghanastan couple years ago and told me how people wipe their ass with their hand. That's awesome.

What seems obvious is that you have no respect for others and their individual beliefs. Islam is not a problem.

Touts like you trying to peddle your religion onto others is the problem.

Water is cleaner than tissue!!!!

That is why we use it to wash our hands instead of just wiping them with tissue paper!!!

Surely, we could just leave every disbeliever to their fate; but that is not the case. As Abid pointed out in the verse, we're supposed to help spread the Truth.

Even ask Abid, he too is a convert to Islam. I thank Allah for guiding him.
