I've said elsewhere that imo the decision to abandon the SFO investigation is beneath contempt. (A decision btw that Blair and the Attorney General say was of the Director General of the SFO alone Smile)

Its the worst thing blair has done, including taking us to war in Iraq. At least he truly believed the latter was for a higher moral cause.

There is no morality in covering up corruption and venality on a vast scale.

Fortunately the decision is being challenged by the OECD and by various pressure groups seeking judicial review.
