As far as I can make out there are not many people who understand to the full extent that America's deploying of antimissile bases in Eastern Europe is no other than consolidating the unfair two-level structure of NATO that implies task sharing. By this means, all NATO members divide into two uneven groups. First group consists of so to say "combatants" - the US itself, Great Britain and other "volunteer coalitionists" that take part in short-term active armed hostilities. The other group consists of so-called "stabilizing forces" (all other NATO members - mainly from among Eastern European countries - Poland, Czechia, Romania, etc.) that arrive after active phase is over and submit "combative forces". They have to maintain order on that territory for as long as it is required. However, present-day Afghanistan and Iraq that still remain turbulent after being invaded, prove that performing the stabilizing function is much more costly that conducting warfare. Besides, it is much more hazardous to life of militaries of "stabilizing forces" because Islamic gunmen start a guerrilla warfare that may last for years. What's the purpose of what I have written here? I want people to understand that America runs the tactics of placing in jeopardy it's less valued allies from Eastern Europe and also exposes them to a risk of terrorist attacks of Islamists and others by deploying their antimissile bases on their territory.
