#40 was great. I haven't seen anyone with the same answer as mine. I don't know if it's right, but it all makes sense.

saw a special on the food network about which state has the best bbq. texas, kansas, north carolina or....damn i can't remember the other state. anyway, it was in order- this other state, then kansas, texas, north carolina. they all used brisket with the big hunk of fat on top! now that made me hungry!!!!

I saw that one too. I don't remember what the 4th state was, could've been Tennesee? I lived in the KC area for several years and they had some great barbeque places there.

#40 - I had the LBJ Ranch.
