we've smoked brisket, turkey, chicken, and bread. i think that's it. use the water soaked wood can't remember which flavor. believe hubby also soaked the wood in apple juice b4.

I have a smoker, but never used it. It's been sitting out in the garage for years.

saw a special on the food network about which state has the best bbq. texas, kansas, north carolina or....damn i can't remember the other state. anyway, it was in order- this other state, then kansas, texas, north carolina. they all used brisket with the big hunk of fat on top! now that made me hungry!!!!
