I had Echo Amphitheater for the answer, then I changed it to Carson National Forest. I read through the clue again, and noticed that Ghost was capitalized. Thought that may be referring to Ghost Ranch which is also in Carson National Forest. I thought that changed the dynamics a little bit, so I changed the answer.

I chose the LBJ ranch because while Johnson was president he used it for the western White House. Therefore headquarters to all, and I took that to be all nations of the world. Today it is a working cattle ranch, heads and hindquarters.

Carson NP may be the wrong answer. I just don't know. The clue referred to Echo Amphitheater, and then it also referred to Ghost (Ranch), which is not part of the amphitheater, but part of the National Park, so that's why I changed it. I felt the clue was referring to two attractions within Carson NP, rather than just Echo Amphitheater. Confused

If "Ghost" wouldn't have been capitalized, I would have kept it as Echo Amphitheater. Smile

I did too until the supplemental booklet came out and told us to refer to the picture in the cluebook. That picture was of "East Rim Arch". Did some research on it and found that the site where it's located also has a "Rainbow Arch" and a "Bridge Arch". All three were located in a place called "Rattlesnake Canyon". I believe the clue was asking for three distinct arches ... the one in the picture, a rainbow arch, and a bridge arch. I put down Rattlesnake Canyon.

Not necessarily Unkie ... most of these rely on interpretation. Perhaps I was reading too much into it and you were spot on! We'll never know.

I put down Rainbow Bridge, and I'm pretty sure that is incorrect. I couldn't find the actual name of the arch in the picture, but it wasn't Rainbow. So, that one is probably wrong.

How about #19??? Milt's

I know, we all felt good about most of our answers at the time, and for almost every question there are usually two or more plausible answers. But if it was going to be easy the prize would have been $10.00 instead of $1,000,000.00

I saw alot of chatter on several bars in Moab being the answer. These folks assumed the question had to mean a bar cause burger joints don't have juke boxes. Well folks they did in the 50's and the quarter was handed to the cashier at Milt's, not a bar.

I relied on the signs outside a few of the businesses that were answers, as well as the phone book listings. For example: Casey Moore's is listed on their logo, as well as in the phone book as "Casey Moore's Oyster House at Ninth and Ash," so that's what I put down as my answer.
