hubby was into smoking stuff last summer (food not pot). the brisket is the best!!!! Very Happy

I usually make my own rubs and barbeque sauce but I haven't experimented with making marinades to inject yet. The next bird I deep fry I'm going to use a dry rub and inject it with a thinned down barbeque sauce. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. :wink:

I've done brisket a couple of times but usually we do a pork shoulder.

I smoked a turkey breast last year and that came out pretty good.
