Yes i use Tony Chachere's cajun injector. Butter Creole Marinade and original Tony's Chachere's on the outside.. You can order the whole injector kit online with about 4 different marinades for about 20 bucks..
Last thanksgiving we used a japaleno (sp?) marinade, I think that it was Tony Chachere's also. Man, I tell you what, it was good.
