You're in the curious position of pulling out of a debate, then saying that unless I agree to a rule change, I'm a coward. How bizarre. I say that I am happy to resume the debate where it left off, under exactly the rules that had been agreed on. Can you imagine if when Buch debated Kerry he had, in the middle of the debate, suddenly insisted on a rule change, and then, when Kerry had told him to stick to the agreement, called Kerry a coward and withdrawn?
