I think just winning the house is just fine - for now. If they won both houses, and didn't produce results or solutions for Iraq, they'd end up with the blame for this fiasco. As it is, the senate will have to listen to the house to resolve issues, whereas, for the past six years, congress was just a rubber-stamp for Bush. No longer. People will watch how they work together for the next two years to see if more changes are needed. That's a good thing IMHO.
The Senate should have 2/3 or half running for office rather than 1/3 as it is now.
Is a "dermocrat" someone who's politics are only skin deep?

With so many greenhorns that won, it might be only skin deep now, but that'll change in short order.
