Seems you are on the road to better times on your job. The suggestions about taking time off and talking to your supervisor would have been my suggestion too! I believe most bosses are fair and sensitive to the people they supervise; those who don't shouldn't be suprvisors/bosses.

It's similar to most problems of life; there's always somebody to bounce off things before making the "big" decisions. Communication is always an important element in resolving problems.
