Can USA say what did they give Saakashvili such fantastic sum for? I'm hardly able imagine US $13,8 million. And Americans didn't even asked how Georgian president will use it. Those naive people think that this money will help conducting democratic election in Georgia.
But Armenians living here in Samckhve-Javahetia doubt that there is any sense in those elections. We even have no wholly satisfactory provincial government law. There isn't specified local government competence in law-enforcement and economical sphere. Moreover local bodies of representative power can be declared sessions by any bribable local petty deputy non-legitimate just because they wouldn't use Georgian during their. So even now they have right to consider election wittingly illegal here because the majority of Armenians doesn't speak Georgian.
Mind you that Georgians have right to nominate one deputy from 50-60 houses combined into commune. And Armenian commune should include no less then 300-400 houses and have to nominate also one deputy from one commune. Its quite clear how would spread places in our local government.
So tell us our transoceanic friends do you call THAT democracy? Georgian authorities created here in our Armenian native land all conditions for trampling our human rights and disfranchising us. Mark my word that would end by genocide of Armenian population here! And YOU just gave madman means for planting tyranny and extirpation Armenian nation in Georgia.
