OK peeps.....just to let you know that I am attempting to brave the wild, rainswept hinterlands of the lower Midlands for the weekend, so I won't be around until late Sunday or so.
I'm feeling 90% back to my perfect, taught, virile self again and hope to gain about six pounds of useless midriff over the next 48 hours or so.
