Notice the phrase 'starting with the Americans' in this quote.
The translation is fairly simple; in any confrontation, it should be the Americans who fight, get maimed, and die to neutralize any of Israel's enemies.
And remember: Bush has pledged to 'defend' Israel, no matter what.
