Protip: Giving the femfolk adequate breaks for personal appearance is useless if they don't know what to do. I have found this instructional video to be very useful with the female workers we hired:



In fact, we found that instructional videos were also useful for job training, the following video was so useful that it was the only training any of the women in our office needed:



And one of the perks of hiring women, well you just have to see this one. It takes the cake:
