HIYA MCTAG!

I'm shouting, 'cos you are miles away...

A Hershey bar?

Pour moi?

Gee, thanks (kiss kiss)

Hope you are having a brilliant time, I'm off to the Horse and Jocky tonight (Chorlton - all are welcome) - I'll drink to your health and safe return (Wodka and diet coke).

See you soon

Hiya Mac-

Sympathies first of course.

The Reds played very well in a match I have forgotten who against in your absence. Best I've seen them in a while.

The cricket is great. Just the final to come. Other than that there's nothing much happening. Usual mayhem on the News.

Mind how you go.

Going to stay in watch 'Afterlife', and eat Maltesers.

Love mash-ups!

One of the best known landmarks in Chorlton, certainly the most photographed building. Popular with weekend visitors for over a century. Also favoured by the younger drinker. Notable for its low ceilings, uneven floor and darkness.

Are you going there for a century or do you belong the other group, smorgs?

I'm in favour of Mac being hosed down, disinfected and examined thourougly at the airport to make sure he returns as he departed and brings nothing back with him at all or whatsover.

I'm a bit squiffy!

Was walking down Beech Road wiv me mate Linda - bit pissed but not being shouty or anything...

And a group of lads approached us and one had his willy out and said 'do you want some of this' - to me! smorgs!

By the time I'd registered what he was alluding to (no glasses and a bit pissed) Linda had already said 'I can't see it, it's too small'.

I said 'That's a criminal offence you disgusting creature!'

Then we went to the chippy - but it was closed.

In order to avoid giving others an incorrect impression of us Brits I feel it necessary to say that very few of us are as posh as Ms smorgs or live in such salubrious settings.

and I'm glad you answered, dp. Is any of that stuff within your control? Finances and family politics are what they are - not much one can generally do about either of them beyond not allowing them to get to you, but I can see how they would add to the stress.

Does the extra work that ends up making you sick connect with the financial issue or do you have a job that requires more work during the holidays? If it's the former then maybe it isn't worth it in the long run.

It is very odd what lurks in the cracks and fissures of some minds.

One does wonder why such a tale causes such things to pop to the surface and bubble away.

Of a full evening of socialising the only item worth reporting is an exposed willy which is a term often used to scoff at men and gleefully jumped all over by minds of a similar caste. One can only presume that the "event" was the highlight of an evening out in a great city of our civilisation.

It's a sort of verbal Rosarsch test in the case of the two gentlemen concerned at an expression of a supernova within the complex of the ineffable ineluctable modalities of the visible but I did think that Linda was closer to the authentic feminist tradition than the patriarchal indignation of her companion.

Pick that out of your teeth boys!
