It looks like a comedy with a load of belly laughs -- Borat is funny even before he opens his mouth. Really interested to see how it fares at the festivals. There hasn't been a really good comedy for years in indies, alhtough it looks like 20th Century Fox got behind this one, at least in the releasing.

I love satires but since this guy's name is Cohen and he is mocking the Jews, does he think everyone will get it? I am part Jewish and am never comfortable even when it is done in fun!

He's mocking anti-semitism.
So that's why no word of season 3.
I read a news article online last year that someone suspected to be Borat was at a rodeo, and said something about supporting the war, then hopes George Bush kills every man woman and child down to the last rat in Iraq(or something like that), then almost started a riot. And there's a part of it in the clip.
