I am lucky enough to be doing what I love, and getting paid for it.
For a cook, like me, there's nothing better than working for people who appreciate you, and not really having a budget, so I get to work with fun, expensive ingredients
Is it work?? Yeah, it's still long hours, it can be very stressful to get food out for large groups
(sometimes 100+ people),...but the difference is that I enjoy it, and am basically working for myself.
It still makes me tired!!
