Anyone know a good place to get really cute children's bedding? We ordered some new furniture for my daughter that has outgrown her bed and want to buy some really cute, but good quality bedding (comforter, sheets, pillows) to dress up her room.

She will be sharing her bedroom with her older sister (7) and it will be set up with a loft bed and regular bed under the loft. The wood is natural color. I love the bedding at Pottery Barn Kids, but was hoping to maybe spend a little less (checked IKEA and the bedding is ugly). Any thoughts?

Kids Bedding

Baby Ruffles

Just some sites I found. I have no clue if they are good places to buy or not.

Have you tried Overstock.com? They sometimes have some great deals. Sometimes not.

Oh and thanks - I kind of like the baby ruffles one - the other websites is too full of Barbie and Disney.

I suspect that 'really cute' means very different things to different people.

Linkat, are you looking for particular patterns, stripes, colours?

Yeah - looking for lots of color - pinks, yellows and blues. Pattern isn't as important - but no "character stuff".

My girls love Barbie, but I prefer to have a pattern like butterflies, stripes or checks, rainbows, my daughter even liked a palm tree pattern we saw in Pottery Barn kids - just this would end up costing us probably close to $500 for both girls with all included.

boomerang - love those ones, but unfortunately they are in the price range of pottery barn kids - but you are on the right track of the types I like and my daughters like. It can be difficult as you want to get something that is good for a pre-schooler and a littler older girl - I also would want them to be able to use it for several years so I don't want anything that is too young.

Do the girls have to have matching bedding, or would you be ok with co-ordinating sets?

Preppy Girl Bed in a Bag at Target looks like it would be versatile - could co-ordinate it with something younger, and also could be co-ordinated with less childlike pieces.

This place looks to have some good deals: http://www.smartbargains.com/products/C1101-2032.jsp

This whole set is $40. To me it is cute without being cloying. They had a few other cute things too. Worth checking out, anyway.

I stumbled across this while researching domain names today. They have some pretty cool stuff but it might be more expensive than what you're looking for....

Buying bedding is my passion. My daughter alone has 5 different sets,
and now I found these at JCPenny http://www.jcpenney.com/products/C036031.jsp

Aren't they adorable?
