Is no longer in California. It's in Michigan! Mild winters, beautiful summers, four true seasons...
Now, if we can just get the economy straightened out (get rid of Granholm), we might see some enormous gains in housing prices!

southern california..i would say..somwhere around LA JOLLA, CA..STAND THERE all year..and compare to any other place....not close...
although...
u may be right about michigan...or other places..usually little towns..where the weather is just right but they dont get much publicity...i can think of a few places myself
Michigan has busted Cali's ass weather wise since Jan 1. Not even close.
