Sorry I didn't see this sooner, Pitter.

I have an upper and lower bridge ~ cost me about $2200 (three artificial teeth on each).

$2200. Now isn't that pathetic? My dentist gets $1000 per crown regardless whether or not they are gold or porcelain. Now isn't that pathetic. Here I am 69 and have dental checks every 4 months yet my teeth still have to be filled. I am a very handsome man and I have to keep my teeth well maintained otherwise people would stare.

What can you do though if Mr. Dentist robs you? Nothing unless you don't mind becoming a social outcast just about instantly, someone nobody would dare be seen with. Good grief I could not imagine kissing a woman with bad or missing teeth!

False teeth should be included in Medicare free. A mouth full of decent teeth is every bit as important as arms or legs. I would prefer to be missing my left arm sooner than my teeth. I don't know about you.

Regardless of the cost we need good teeth.
